A Day at Tanner's Orchard

One of the highlights of central Illinois autumn is an annual visit to Tanner's Orchard in Speer, IL. Although somewhat of a trek, there is nothing better than their apple cider slush on a brisk day.

At this orchard, you can pick your own apples and/or pumpkins, visit the petting zoo, wander through the corn maze, and eat some delicious food.

Fair warning: depending on the day and weather, this place can get BUSY!
