Of all the recipes I've tried during quarantine - this has been one of my favorites. It is so pretty, healthy, and tastes great. You can also change it up so you're not eating the same flavors all the time!
The recipe is pretty simple... you will need:
-greek yogurt
-fruit
-seeds (optional)
-parchment paper
Simply spread out your yogurt on a piece of parchment paper, add desired amount of fruit and seeds, freeze until set, and then break apart. Store in airtight container or plastic bag and enjoy!
