With gyms closed during the pandemic, we have no choice but to find ways to get out our energy at home. I saw a few Youtube videos on Chloe Ting's 2 Week Shred Challenge results and I had to try it myself.
Keep in mind, I was out of shape when I began. The videos are hard and you will probably spend some time laying on the ground. For some reason, that just makes them more fun to come back to. As you see your progress, you will be more motivated to try harder.
In the end, I did see some great results. If you are trying to get back in the swing of things, I recommend this program because it gives you a schedule. The only thing you need is a way to watch the videos on Youtube, an exercise mat, and water. If you decide to try this challenge, let us know your thoughts about up and down plank!
