Pop Up Chicken Shop has a reputation of serving up the best chicken in town... and it ain't no lie. Since it was our first time visiting, we ordered several things off the menu so we could give a solid report.
As someone who does not like pickles or slaw, my boyfriend was hesitant to try the Sando as it comes. However, he 100% recommends doing just that. The pickles and slaw balance out the crunchy, salty, heat of the rest of the sandwich.
If you've never been, this is a must try place in town!
We recommend:
-The Sando
-Gouda mac n cheese
-Fried pickles with pop up sauce
-Dill fries
