Whether you're new to town or you've been here for awhile, it's obvious that Bloomington-Normal has a lot of restaurants to choose from. A lot of them are chains, especially in the pizza category. That is why I was super excited to read that the Original Pinsaria was opening up. They advertise that their 'pinsa' is easier to digest because of their process and I would agree. It is filling but doesn't leave you with that bloated, heavy feeling that you normally get from eating pizza.
Their ingredients are really fresh and they have a bunch of specialty pizzas to choose from. If you are confused by any of the ingredients, the staff is super friendly and willing to take the time to help you order something you will love.
I was impressed by this place and will definitely be back!
